Stability of raw coal and coal quality composition: binder composition and quality standards of materials (content, moisture, fineness); binder ratio, binder fluidity, permeability; binder preparation process , Stirring method, stirring time, and stirring process temperature affect the molecular chain of the adhesive. The relationship between binder addition ratio and addition method and raw coal moisture ratio. According to the characteristics of gas-making briquettes, sodium humic acid binders are widely used at present: humic acid binders have a strong affinity for coal powder through physical and chemical reactions. High surface activity, tolerance and permeability. Good reactivity, improving the combustion reaction, gas composition, gas generation and consumption of briquettes in the furnace. Improve the reaction speed and gas conversion efficiency of coal briquettes in the process of combustion and vaporization.
Proportioning ingredients and proportioning ratio: It depends on the physical and chemical indicators of raw coal carbon content, moisture, ash melting point, and volatile matter. Generally, the composition of liquid binder and dry powder additive is 1:10:50. But the 10 in the ratio is the humic acid content in the raw coal, not the amount of raw coal.
Preparation process: The humic acid content of lignite is generally required to be 40-50%. Grind to 100--120 mesh fineness, improve wetting force, expansion force and penetration force. Add water to the reactor, heat to 40°C, add sodium hydroxide, stir well, continue heating to 90°C, add humic acid, stir for 1.5-2 hours, the temperature does not exceed 95°C and use immediately. Addition ratio: generally about 5%. Adding method: metering valve and dry powder screw quantitative feeder, accurate metering.
