The briquette machine can be used to press various powders, powders, waste materials, and waste residues such as coal powder, iron powder, coking coal, aluminum powder, iron filings, iron oxide scale, carbon powder, carbon powder, slag, gypsum, tailings, sludge, kaolin, activated carbon, coke powder, etc. It is widely used in industries such as refractory materials, power plants, metallurgy, chemical industry, energy, transportation, heating, etc. The materials formed by the briquette machine through the briquette machine molding method are energy-saving, easy to transport, and improve the utilization rate of waste materials, with good economic and social benefits.
According to analysis, general briquette machine cannot completely compress coal particles. In addition to the difficulty in controlling the particle size of raw coal powder and the moisture content of the binder, there are also the following two reasons:
When coal powder is compressed, it is resisted by the friction within the coal particles, which hinders the movement and approach of the coal particles. Under the action of external forces, due to the irregular shape and uneven particle size of coal particles, there is frictional force on the particle contact surface and points, which affects the sliding of large particles and prevents the remaining gaps between particles from being filled later;
2. It is the coal particle elasticity obstacle mentioned multiple times earlier. Based on this analysis, a new concept has emerged, which is that when fine coal is subjected to high pressure, the coal particles come into close contact with each other and then twist. Due to the close contact and twisting of coal particles, the surface of coal particles will undergo appropriate shear deformation. This type of shear deformation is called shear deformation. This can be done to achieve shear deformation of coal particles after being compressed and then twisted.
It should be noted that for some soft bituminous coal and anthracite powder coal, it is not very difficult to form binders without binders, nor does it require special forming methods to directly form. For example, the use of clean water wet coal rods in the production of some small-scale synthetic ammonia and phosphate fertilizers in China is one example.
