The constant feeder is mainly composed of a vibration frame, a spring, a vibrator, a motor vibration frame and a motor. The exciter is composed of two eccentric shafts at specific positions meshed with gears. When assembling, the two gears must be meshed according to the mark, and the two eccentric shafts are driven by the motor to rotate, thereby generating a huge combined linear excitation force. The body is forced to vibrate on the support spring, and the material uses this vibration as the driving force to slide and throw on the trough, so that the material moves forward to achieve the purpose of feeding. When the material passes through the sieve bars on the tank body, the smaller materials can fall through the gap between the sieve bars, without going through the next crushing process, which has the effect of screening.
