Tunnel drying oven is composed of machine head, drying section, machine tail, mesh belt, transmission device, feeding and distributing equipment, air inlet pipe, air outlet pipe, fan, heat source equipment, conveying equipment, etc. The working principle is to evenly spread the wet materials that need to be dried on the mesh belt (or chain plate). The mesh belt is made of high temperature resistant, corrosion resistant and oxidation resistant mesh belt, driven by the transmission device The mesh belt moves back and forth in the dryer, the clean and stable hot air flows through the materials, and the water vapor is discharged from the moisture discharge holes, so as to achieve the purpose of drying. The linear speed of the mesh belt depends on the type and water content of the material. The air flow direction adopts negative pressure and porous air intake to ensure the drying area, and the air flow and wind speed are evenly distributed.
