1. Grinding wheel: rolling skin (ZG65Mn) + grinding wheel body (HT150～200). Take a wedge and fix the two parts together with a double ended screw. Due to the effect of centrifugal force and the requirements for grinding raw materials, the inner grinding wheel is generally heavier than the outer grinding wheel.
2. Grinding plate: It adopts the welding type of steel plate and section steel, and can be made into a circle or an octagon.
3. Backing plate and sieve plate: both adopt 65Mn steel plate. The sieve plate is processed into a tapered round hole for easy blanking. If the output requirement is higher, it can also be processed into a long hole type.
4. Main shaft: It adopts a vertical shaft type, which only transmits torque and is not subject to axial force.
5. Cross: Steel castings are used, and the radius of curvature depends on the position of the roller.
6. Driving part: mechanical or hydraulic transmission can be adopted.
7. Other auxiliary parts (receiving trough, dropping hopper, feeder) can be made according to specific process conditions.
