Every second section of the drying unit has a door that can be opened, and the door can be left to observe the internal operation, which is convenient for daily maintenance.
The air intake method of the chain tape dryer is (positive pressure) upward air intake. There is an air inlet on the upper part of each side of the unit, which is distributed to each floor through five upper and lower hot air pipes, and then enters the internal pipe directly into each The hot air blows directly to the material, and the hot air evenly dries the surface of the material from the upper part, so that the dried material can fully absorb heat, and the water vapor discharged from the dried material goes up to the top moisture exhaust vent along the depressions of the both side hot air duct.
