A mill scale briqette machine is a device that presses powdery materials into balls. Its purpose is to reduce dust, control bulk density, recycle, improve transportation and other characteristics. The design of the product is mainly used for pressing dry powder into pellets of various shapes.
65Mn roller skin, after carburizing heat treatment, the hardness, N grinding degree and corrosion resistance of the roller skin surface are greatly improved.
The forged 9Cr2Mo roll skin is completed through quenching treatment, and through quenching and tempering, the physical and chemical properties of the "steel" are improved, thereby achieving the thermal process.
High chromium alloy roll skin is the third generation N grinding material developed after ordinary white cast iron and nickel hard cast iron. Due to the characteristics of high chromium alloy's own structure, it is better than ordinary roll skin.
Stainless steel roll skin The carbon content of stainless steel is less than 2%, and the weight is reduced; if it contains more than 12.5% of chromium, the oxidation and corrosion resistance is also enhanced; the steel has poor magnetic properties and is not easy to undergo physical changes.
