Ferro silicon briquette machine is suitable for pressing all kinds of iron powder, mineral powder, iron oxide scale, steel slag, refractory materials, etc., any material that needs to be smelted with powder. At present, it has been widely used in refractory materials, power plants, metallurgy, chemical industry, energy, transportation, heating and other industries.

Preparation of raw materials before starting up the ball press equipment
    1. The water content of the raw material should not exceed 7%.
    2. The adjustment of the feeding amount should be determined according to the situation of the ball. The best strength prevails. If the strength is too small, it is not good, and if it is too large, it will cause boredom. At the same time, the motor load is too heavy, which may cause damage to the machine or burn the motor.
 
The ball press equipment is a continuous operation equipment that can work continuously for 24 hours
    1. After the normal production of the whole line, there must be full-time personnel to observe and monitor the working conditions of all equipment. If a fault is found, it should be eliminated in time, and it is strictly forbidden to work on a sick car.
    2. The lubricating oil of the reducer and gearbox should be replaced after one month of production, and every six months thereafter.
