It is mainly suitable for various moldings of industrial gas production, boiler type, cold-pressed type core, ignition briquette, civil briquette, civil metallurgy, and refractory materials.
The quicklime briquette machine is to crush the raw materials and directly put them on the machine for production. It mainly presses various iron powder, mineral powder, iron oxide scale, steel slag, refractory materials, etc. All powdery materials that need to be sintered need ball press equipment.
Quicklime briquetting machine roller skin is made of high-quality materials. The roller skin is assembled in combination and can be replaced after wear. It is equipped with a buffer device, which can better protect the equipment from the impact of hard objects. It is designed with an adjustable bowl device so that the two-roller ball bowls are within the adjustable range and not in place.

Performance advantages

1. A screw feeding device is added to the feeding structure, and the speed can be adjusted according to the characteristics of the powder, so that the powder material can maintain a fixed pressure value from the beginning to the end, increasing the granulation rate, and the granulation process does not need to add binders;
2. The reducer is changed from the original ZQ single output shaft to the hard tooth surface of the double output shaft, which improves the power and service life of the reducer.
3. The granulating press roller adopts a mosaic structure, which is easy to replace and saves labor maintenance costs. The roller skin adopts a special heat treatment process to prolong the life of wearing parts;
4. An automatic return system is added, so that the powder produced in the granulation process can be returned to the pre-pressing silo of the main machine through the bucket elevator;
5. Adopt hydraulic protection device to make the equipment work under stable pressure;
6. The whole set of equipment adopts PLC automatic control system.
